FAQs

How many photographers are included in our wedding day coverage?

All of our wedding day coverage packages come with at lease 1 photographer. We do give our brides the option to add on a second shooter for that day to all of our packages.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of photos that we deliver depends on many factors associated with your wedding, including venue, number of guests, and timing. You can typically expect to receive around 50-100 final photographs per hour from your wedding day.

Do you offer any discounts?

Please be sure to check our page regularly for updates on discounts and promotions. Feel free to contact us if you are hosting an intimate, weekday wedding celebration as we may be able to negotiate a special rate in these circumstances.

How long will it take to receive my images?

Please be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks from your wedding date for your final set of photographs to be delivered. During slower seasons, they may be sent sooner. We are more than happy to e-mail you a few samples to share or use for sneak peaks, if you request ahead of time.

When is the final payment due?

Your final payment is due on the day of the wedding day.

Do you charge tax?

Although photography is taxable in Louisiana we do not charge tax fees to our clients.

What should we wear to our portrait/engagement session?

Let’s chat about it! We are more than happy to make specific recommendations that will fit the style of your session. We encourage wearing anything that you feel confident and comfortable in, but keep your location in mind. We recommend avoiding clothes that will blend in with your setting, or loud colors and patterns. Having your hair and makeup professionally styled always makes a difference as well!

Do you offer custom coverage?

We are more than happy to provide custom coverage for your specific needs. Please email us and let us know what you are looking for and we will send over a quote for you!

Can we order extra prints or USB drives?

If you or anyone you know would like to order prints, we make it easy to do so on your online gallery! We also offer additional copies of your USB drive for $100 if you or your relatives would like their own to take home.

We would love to work with you! How do we book?

If you would like to book us for your wedding day, please email us through our “Contact” link above to let us know! To reserve your wedding date, we require a signed contract as well as a $300 retainer fee that will go toward your total balance due.

What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, check, paypal or debit card payments through Venmo. Credit cards may be used through Venmo as well, however they do charge a 3% fee.

What if we’d like to keep our images private?

Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with us posting your images on our blog, social media, or website. We understand and respect your right to privacy.

Will I be charged a travel fee?

We Charge a $350 travel fee for any wedding more than a 1 hour and 1/2 mile radius outside of Baton Rouge.
